Kleinberg Lange Represents Thinkfactory Media’s Leslie Greif in Sale to ITV and Exit

Bob Lange recently represented Thinkfactory Media’s Founder and CEO Leslie Greif in the sale of the remaining 35% of Thinkfactory to British media company ITV and Mr. Greif’s exit from the company. In 2013, Bob represented Thinkfactory and Greif in the sale of a 65% stake in the reality TV co. to ITV for $30m. Lange also represented Greif in his deal to exit Thinkfactory to launch his new venture.
