Marko Kuo and Kleinberg Lange Cuddy & Carlo recently represented screenwriter Brad Keene in his deal with Lionsgate for the studio to acquire the rights to his script “Smart House.” The upcoming thriller will be produced by James Wan and directed by Alexandre Aja.
