Thursday, July 14th, 2016

Ken Kleinberg was recently quoted in Ryan Faughnder’s Los Angeles Times article “Under Pressure to Turn His Struggling Studio Around, Will Paramount’s Brad Grey Survive the Turmoil at Viacom?”  The article discusses the complex issues surrounding Viacom Inc and Paramount Pictures Chairman and Chief Executive Brad Grey’s position in the war for control of Sumner Redstone’s $40-billion media empire, which includes CBS Corp. and Paramount’s parent company, Viacom Inc.  According to Ken, Viacom and Brad Grey have the potential to turn the company around and regain its place in the industry.

“It has the potential to regain its former prominence and return to artistic and commercial success,” said Ken.  “It’s a great loss for the industry that the company is in disarray.”
