Ken Kleinberg Speaks to The Hollywood Reporter

Ken Kleinberg was recently quoted in Eriq Gardner’s The Hollywood Reporter piece “How Fired Hollywood Execs Walk Away With Huge Paydays.” In the article, Ken explains how it’s not uncommon for entertainment companies to require fired execs to forfeit money from a payout if they go on to work for a rival.

“You have to be careful with the construction [of noncompetes] because they can be unenforceable in certain states under certain circumstances,” said Ken.
