In tandem with Rowling’s London literary agent Neil Blair, Ken Kleinberg conceived, negotiated, and consummated a comprehensive new agreement between J.K. Rowling and Warner Bros. involving:
- Ms. Rowling’s producer and writer deals for Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them, based on the Hogwarts textbook used by Harry Potter (the “Harry Potter” films are the highest grossing film franchise in the history of the motion picture business).
- Ms. Rowling’s role and compensation regarding the expansion of “Harry Potter” attractions at Universal theme parks in Florida, Hollywood and Japan.
- Expansion of Ms. Rowling’s relationship with Warner Bros. in digital initiatives, including Rowling’s “Pottermore” web platform/experience.
